Considering they helped to make millionaires and billionaires of their CEOs due to their incomparable service to clients and others, they should be honored for such accomplishments. Their work ethic, unless taught, cannot be replicated. Our Time intends that this work ethic should and will be preserved. Seniors will continue to produce, but this time on their own terms.
