By-Laws:
Section 1
The name of the club shall be THE DALMATIAN CLUB OF GREATER ATLANTA, INC. The legal residence of this Club shall be Gainesville, Georgia to the north; Peachtree City, Georgia to the south; Monroe, Georgia to the east; and Carrollton, Georgia to the west. SECTION 2 The objectives of the Club shall be:
(a) To promote and further advance the breeding, care, and training of Dalmatian dogs. To promote and advance the dissemination of information concerning Dalmatian Dogs. (b) To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Dalmatian dogs shall be judged. (c) To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the Dalmatian and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials. (d) To conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows, obedience trials, and sanctioned matches under the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club. (e) To conduct any other event for which the club is eligible under the rules and Regulations of the American Kennel Club. Section 3
The Club shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the club shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual.
