The MECCA Chapter is saddened by the loss of former member and retired Major General Marcelite Harris. Marcelite was the first African American female to attain her rank. She also held appointments by President Barack Obama, continuing to serve this country well. Join us as we pay homage to her life and legacy. Please keep her family in your prayers.
