Supporting Forman Christian College through scholarships, leadership, and campus growth from Pre-K to PhD in Lahore, Pakistan. based 501(c)(3) founded in 2003.

Friends of Forman Christian College is an independent U.S. Our single mission is to provide support to Forman Christian College (FCCU) in Lahore, Pakistan. We partner with foundations, churches, and individuals to secure funding for much-needed student scholarships, capital projects and missionary support. At the core of our mission is the understanding that education can be an agent for change. C

hristians comprise 1.5% of the population of Pakistan and have long felt the sting of prejudice in education, housing, employment, and religious freedom. By supporting FCCU, we sustain an environment where Christians and Muslims are allowed to live and study side-by-side, many for the first time. By extending the umbrella of God’s grace to all who come onto campus, students come to know each other as individuals, and old misconceptions fall away. Forman Christian College educates all who meet the academic requirements, whether they are Christian or Muslim, male or female. In doing so, awareness and acceptance are expanded, literacy rates are increased, and individuals and families are elevated. Our hope is that this will help guide the way to a more peaceful future in Pakistan. Forman Christian College is a liberal arts institution where students of all backgrounds – men and women, Christian and Muslim – interact and learn together. Forman is successfully demonstrating a model of interfaith harmony to a nation and culture historically deeply divided along lines of religion, class, and gender. The co-educational university is built around the U.S. four-year Liberal Arts model, and includes BA and BS, Master’s, and Ph.D. programs. All classes are taught in English.

Happy Mother's Day to every woman who has sacrificed so her children could dream bigger.

In Pakistan, access to quality higher education especially for young women, is not guaranteed. At Forman Christian College University, that access is changing.

Through need-based scholarships funded by Friends of Forman donors, daughters across Lahore are walking into classrooms, laboratories, and lecture halls not because of luck, but because someone on the other side of the world decided their future was worth investing in.
