🔍 Did You Know? The Urgent Need for Support in Fulton County 🔍

Thousands in our community are struggling to meet basic needs like shelter, food, stable income, and healthcare. Here’s a closer look at the realities we face in Fulton County:

🏠 Unhoused Population: Nearly 2,600 people in our area are unhoused, with a 22% increase in unsheltered homelessness since 2020.

🍲 Food Insecurity: Around 169,000 residents (15.2% of our community) experience food insecurity, relying on food banks and support programs just to get by.

💼 Job and Economic Insecurity: With 13% of our population living in poverty, income disparity and wage stagnation continue to strain families. Almost 40% of those below the median income have little or no savings for emergencies.

🩺 Healthcare Access: About 11% of residents remain uninsured, creating barriers to basic healthcare.
