Taylor Foundation for the Arts -TFA

Taylor Foundation for the Arts -TFA Taylor Foundation for the Arts (TFA) was originally started by our current CEO Dr. Wallace Taylor. This Mr.

Taylor Foundation for the Arts and Sciences (TFAS), our mission is to improve community wellness and build strong families through participatory arts and health prevention education. It was his vision to see education mixed with practice of fine arts within the community of uplift and promote wellness. This vision was designed to facilitate all members of the community but had tremendous positive

developmental impact for those from disadvantaged backgrounds and special needs disabilities. Taylor started back in 2009 when he joined Dekalb County as a Martial Arts instructor and promoter of health services. Since then his services has grown to thousands of students and family members throughout the country. Our mission is to improve community wellness through education and practice of art forms. The focus of this mission increase the opportunities for a younger section of our society who would otherwise be forgotten. This education-based training supplies knowledge and skilled employees into the commercial world. This also strengthens family unity and produces healthier citizens. It has a positive effect for both the people being trained and the communities they work within. The people we help come from all facets of the community. Some come from the poorest parts of our city and have already had to face many struggles in their lives, others come from more affluent families who suffer from the same challenges resulting from a sedentary lifestyle. It is our goal to help the community improve its wellness and at the same time again knowledge of art and culture. TFA is headquaters in Atlanta, GA but has collaborations in two locations which operates in different fields depending on the local need.

As we close 2025, we’re grateful for moments that remind us of the power of peace, unity, and compassion. Participating in a Walk for Peace gathering taught us an important lesson from the monks: peace requires determination, intention, and action.

People from all backgrounds came together with kindness and respect, united by one shared goal—peace. We carry this positive energy forward as we prepare for the year ahead, committed to building understanding and uplifting our communities.

Ending 2025 grounded in peace and unity. .usa

This Giving Tuesday, we look back at the projects that have shaped our journey… from children’s programs in Thailand, scholarships to study martial arts and ballet, relief efforts in Puerto Rico, Girls in Action, to Christmas toy drives, and community garden guardian. Each moment represents compassion in action, made possible by people who care.

We are deeply thankful for every volunteer who stood with us, shared our passion, and helped bring hope to communities near and far. Your time, heart, and energy have made a difference that reaches beyond borders.

As we continue our work in the U.S., Thailand, and soon Guyana, we remain committed to serving with purpose, and we vow to continue this journey together.

Thank you for being part of the TFAS family.
Together, we rise.
Together, we serve.
Together, we make impact.

Happy Giving Tuesday Everyone!
