Special appreciation to Shereese Harris, Senior Program Manager for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta and Facilitator for the @ Promise Center, for bringing the youth through the Trenches Global Impact Center.

The students got hands-on exposure to garment construction, photography, videography, and graphic design — learning real creative skills and seeing new possibilities for their future firsthand.

This is what the mission is about. Creating space, opportunity, and pathways for the next generation through art, culture, and entrepreneurship.

Rashod Stanley AKA Armon Rashod CEO of The Trenches Global clothing brand and Founder of The Impact Center beat the odds and turned his life around to build something bigger than himself in Atlanta. What once started with struggle and setbacks has now become a mission focused on saving and empowering the next generation. 🙏🏾

While incarcerated, Rashod began designing clothing and creating the vision for his brand, The Trenches Global using only dental floss and a paper clip to bring his ideas to life. What started behind prison walls became the foundation for a powerful movement focused on purpose, growth, creativity, and giving back. 🧵🔥

Today, through , Rashod provides a FREE safe space for youth to learn fashion, entrepreneurship, life skills, mentorship, creative arts, leadership, and positive ways to stay off the streets. 🎨📚❤️

Many kids just need guidance, support, resources, and someone willing to believe in them. That is exactly what this center was built for.

💥 Rashod personally helps fund the center through his clothing brand, The Trenches Global, along with community donations from people who care about making a difference.

A baby goat was born today at The Trenches Global Impact Center 🐐✨ — a reminder of both the beauty and reality of life on the farm at
The Impact Center.

We’re also saddened to share that one of the babies didn’t make it. 🤍 Moments like this are never easy, but they’re part of the lessons we teach resilience, care, and the importance of valuing every life.

Animal & Farm Program 🌱
Our youth don’t just learn they experience responsibility firsthand. From feeding and caring for animals to understanding agriculture, sustainability, and self-sufficiency, we’re building discipline, patience, and real-life skills that last a lifetime. This is bigger than a program… it’s preparation for life.

Even in difficult moments, we’re shaping strength, compassion, and leadership in our next generation. 💚
