is a nonprofit agency providing mentoring, leadership and global exposure programs for middle school girls (6th - 8th grade) in the Atlanta area. goal is to empower young girls to be confident, well rounded future leaders through group mentorship, team building and exposure to global cultures.

🌎 Sisterhood across state lines! ✈️💞

We had the absolute honor of hosting the incredible girls from Mentor Her in Minutes, who traveled all the way from Norfolk, Virginia to link up with us!

Talk about an unforgettable day of connection! We kicked things off with a beautiful cultural exchange and a delicious brunch 🥞✨, sharing our stories, our laughs, and building bridges between our two programs.

But we didn’t stop there! To top it all off, the girls stepped in front of the lens for an empowering, confidence-boosting photo shoot with the legendary Kate T. Parker 📸✨. Seeing our girls embrace exactly who they are and radiate pure confidence was everything.

We are so incredibly grateful for this beautiful opportunity and the lifetime memories made with our new sisters. It was the absolute perfect send-off as we pack our bags and head out of the country next week! 🗺️🇫🇷✈️🇪🇬

We’re just 5 days away from takeoff and we wanted every girl to walk into this experience not only excited, but equipped, knowing who she is, how she carries herself, and the value she brings into every room (and country) she enters. At The Power of Girls, the destination is important, but who they become along the way matters even more.
