Today, the games begin! ❤️🐾

The 2026 PWCCA National Specialty is officially underway, and we're excited to cheer on 12 Pembrokes representing the PWCCGA crew!

Lilas • Evie • Grumio • Mickey • Capper • Ellie • Cherry • Emmett • Honey • Violet • Cece • Theo

Twelve Corgis.
Six different activities.
A whole lot of Corgi personality.

Over the course of the week, these Pembrokes will take on Conformation, Rally, Obedience, Agility, FastCAT and Herding — showing off just how many things our amazing little dogs can do.

Some will be flying over jumps.
Some will be showing off their fancy footwork.
Some will be racing.
Some will be working sheep or ducks.
And some will be demonstrating that looking fabulous is, in fact, a very important skill. 😉

We're incredibly excited to watch our PWCCGA crew take it all on!

Let the games begin! 🎉🐾

10/02/2026

Meet Honey! 🍯🐾

Honey is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for FastCAT — and somehow that seems very fitting for a Corgi named Honey.

Because when someone says, “Ready, set, GO!” you don't have much time for introductions. 😂

FastCAT is all about putting those little Corgi legs to work and seeing just how much speed is hiding underneath all that fluff.

Honey is ready to find out!

Run fast, Honey! ❤️💨

Meet Violet! 💜🐾

Violet is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for Conformation and Herding — which means she'll be showing off both her beautiful Pembroke self and her working-dog instincts.

Because apparently looking fabulous in the ring isn't enough.

Sometimes a Corgi needs a job. 😂

We love seeing our Pembrokes take on different challenges, and Violet gets to experience two very different sides of being a Corgi at Nationals.

Go, Violet! ❤️

Meet Emmett! 🐾🏆

Emmett is headed to Nationals for Conformation, and this photo certainly looks like he already knows how to handle a little attention.

There's something wonderfully Corgi about standing in the middle of a beautiful setup, surrounded by flowers and fancy trophies, and looking like:

“Yes. This seems appropriate.” 😂

We're excited to have Emmett joining the PWCCGA crew at the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty.

Bring on the fancy ring!

Go, Emmett! ❤️

Meet Cece! 🐾✨

Cece is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for Conformation, and she's ready for her turn in the spotlight!

There's something about a Corgi in the show ring that makes you stop and appreciate just how much personality can fit into those short legs and big ears.

Cece is bringing her Pembroke charm, confidence, and good looks to Nationals, and we'll be cheering her on all the way!

Go, Cece! ❤️

10/01/2026

Meet Ellie! 🐾💨

Ellie is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for Agility and FastCAT, which sounds like a pretty perfect combination for a Corgi who likes to GO!

One sport says, “Navigate this course as fast as you can.”

The other says, “Run as fast as you can.”

Ellie said:

“Finally. Someone understands me.” 😂

We're excited to see this little speedster out there!

Go, Ellie! ❤️

09/30/2026

Meet Capper! 🐾✨

Capper is bringing a little bit of everything to Nationals!

This handsome boy is entered in Conformation, Rally and Agility — because apparently being good at one thing just wasn't enough.

Ring? ✔️
Rally? ✔️
Agility? ✔️

Corgi attitude?

Almost certainly ✔️ 😂

We love seeing our Pembrokes getting out there and enjoying different activities together, and we can't wait to watch Capper take on all three.

Go, Capper! ❤️

09/30/2026

Meet Theo! 🐾🦆

Theo is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for Conformation and Herding.

And while this photo may look like Theo is simply out for a stroll with a few friends...

He has a job to do. 😂

Conformation ring? ✔️
Herding field? ✔️
Managing a small flock of ducks? Apparently ✔️

There's something pretty special about watching a Pembroke do exactly what he was bred to do — and then turn around and look fabulous in the show ring.

Theo is bringing both sides of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi to Nationals!

Go, Theo! ❤️🐾

09/30/2026

Meet Mickey! ❤️🐾

Not every National athlete needs an action shot.

Sometimes you just need to look this cute.

Mickey is headed to the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty for Rally, and we're pretty sure this photo demonstrates an important part of the preparation process:

Resting.

Because obviously you can't Rally unless you've had adequate Corgi lounging time first. 😂

Mickey, we'll be rooting for you every step of the way!

Go, Mickey!

09/29/2026

Meet Grumio! 🐾

Some Corgis pick a thing.

Grumio apparently looked at the list and said:

“Why choose?”

At the 2026 PWCCA National Specialty, Grumio will be competing in Conformation, Rally, Obedience, Agility, FastCAT and Herding.

Yes. Six different activities.

At this point, we're not sure whether Grumio is going to Nationals or simply moving in. 😂

From the show ring to the agility field, from Rally and Obedience to FastCAT and Herding, Grumio is bringing the full Corgi skill set.

One dog. Six adventures.

That's one busy Corgi!

We can't wait to cheer Grumio on!
