If you’ve been in this space for a while, you already know…
The work is changing.
And the way we communicate that work has to evolve with it.
That’s what this committee is stepping into.
Meet the 2025–2026 NCMA Atlanta Communications Committee:
🔹 Taneka Badie-Geary, Chair
Founder of Badie Designs LLC with over a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen their digital presence. Her work spans public health, government, and small business initiatives, with a focus on visibility, strategy, and growth. She brings both creative depth and business strategy into every room she leads.
🔹 Lanique Bradley, Co-Chair
Communications and Supplier Outreach Specialist at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, with a strong background in communications and stakeholder engagement across public-sector and community initiatives. Her work focuses on translating complex goals into clear direction, strengthening trust, and improving how organizations connect with the people they serve.
🔹 Charday Oldacre, Co-Chair
Founder and CEO of NueWay Studios, focused on helping organizations clarify their voice and show up as a clear authority in their space. With experience supporting federal agencies and enterprise teams, her work centers on aligning communication with real outcomes—not surface-level branding.
Different backgrounds. Different strengths. Same focus.
Clarity. Relevance. Impact.
Because contract management doesn’t sit on its own anymore.
It’s connected to how organizations communicate, how they’re perceived, and how effectively they engage.
This is the group helping shape that for NCMA Atlanta.
If you’re serious about growing in this field, these are the kinds of conversations you want to stay close to.
