Community Association for Research and Education, Inc. The Community Association for Research and Education, Inc. (CARE) is a non-profit organization.

CARE is proactively instrumental in community efforts to improve research and education by conducting and facilitating research projects, informative classes, seminars, focus groups for research projects, and meetings for researchers and health professionals. The research conducted and shared by CARE is made available to the general public. However, CARE places special focus on underserved communities and communities with high concentrations of minorities and low-income residents.
