A very special thank you to one of our thoughtful Whitehead BGCMA Warrior parents sensibakery_ for surprising our staff with these delicious cookies on Friday! 🍪💙💛

After a busy week of pouring into our members, this sweet gesture made our team feel seen, appreciated, and loved. We are truly grateful for the families who support not only our young people, but the staff who serve them each day.

🌊✨ What an unforgettable evening!

Our Whitehead Warriors had the incredible opportunity to attend an exclusive early screening of Disney's MOANA! From the exciting pre-show activities and giveaways to experiencing this beautiful film before its official release, our members enjoyed a night filled with joy, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

A heartfelt thank you to Porsha Williams for being such an incredible host, The MRKT Co. for making opportunities like this possible, Disney for bringing the magic to life, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro ATL and Usher's New Look for helping create experiences that inspire our young people to dream bigger.

We're grateful for every opportunity to expose our members to new experiences and create moments they'll remember for years to come. 💙💛

From celebrating achievements and exploring college campuses to serving our community, cooking together, competing on the field, swimming, and making unforgettable memories, our Whitehead members have been learning, growing, and thriving all summer long.

Every adventure has been an opportunity to build confidence, discover new passions, strengthen friendships, and create Great Futures. We couldn't be more proud of all they've accomplished—and we're not done yet!

Thank you to our families, staff, volunteers, and community partners for making this an incredible summer. Here's to the memories we've made and the many more still to come! ☀️

📣 Whitehead Warrior Families — Week 3 is here!
We have a full week ahead with Spirit Week, Atlanta Ballet, Cheer Squad updates, field trips, special activities, swimming, and our Juneteenth celebration! Please review each slide carefully so your member is prepared and does not miss any important details.

A few reminders:
✨ Label all personal items with your member’s first and last name.

💧 Send water and hydration drinks for outdoor activities.

📝 Permission forms must be completed by a parent or guardian when required.

📅 The Whitehead Club will be CLOSED Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
