I am thrilled to announce this!!!

For years, I've been frustrated by the excessive fees and inflated surcharges charged by third-party ticketing companies.

In fact, I've been working on a new ticketing model for years because I believed there had to be a better way.
It's something that has bothered me for a long time, and I'm glad it's finally receiving the public attention it deserves.

That's why Alzheimer's Music Fest is taking a different approach.
We will not allow unnecessary convenience fees and inflated surcharges to be passed on to our supporters.

We've partnered with a ticketing company that charges only a $1.50 processing fee to cover credit card costs. That's it.
If a ticket costs $20, $40, or even $150 for a VIP experience, you'll pay the ticket price plus the minimal processing cost required to complete the transaction.

No surprise $20+ fees. No hidden charges. No nonsense.

This isn't a reaction to a headline or a trend. It's something I've been actively working on for years because I believe fans, families, and supporters deserve honesty and transparency when they purchase tickets.

While we may not be able to change the entire ticketing industry, we can make sure the people who support our mission are treated fairly. Every dollar possible should go toward serving Alzheimer's and dementia families- not unnecessary middlemen fees.

Our supporters deserve transparency. Our families deserve resources. And we're committed to making sure more of your money goes directly toward the mission that matters.

Alzheimer's Music Fest was built to support Alzheimer's and dementia families. The way we sell tickets should reflect those same values of honesty, fairness, and putting people first.
