Update found safe with his mother on foot near El Paso border
UPDATE Car found in Amarillo, TX without tags or keys. Flyer has been updated.
Anthony hasn't been seen for weeks. It's believed he is with a 26-year-old s*x offender named Aurelio Cardenas and his 22-year-old non-custodial mother. On the 24th, their car was found in Amarillo, Texas, without tags or keys. There is an active Endangered Missing Advisory (EMA) out of Oklahoma. If seen, call 911 immediately. Any tips can be relayed to the police department through the phone number below.
