Pay: $20 per hour- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a General Laborer for a full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory processes
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Support warehouse, dock, and production operations
Follow all safety regulations and procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, dock, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

This role involves safe operation of forklifts and yard trucks, supporting shipping and receiving, handling materials, and maintaining accurate documentation and organized yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and yard trucks safely.
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
Support shipping and receiving processes.
Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of yard and dock areas.
Communicate with supervisors and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
