Chivonne Noel & Co is innovative and brings the community together. For Southlake Mall's 50th hired CNC to officiate SLM's closing day. Instead of a ribbon cutting, we provided a beautiful 2 tier cake for a fun and innovative cake cutting.

Additionally, we coordinated with the to present the mall with a Proclamation and decorated with a beautiful balloon arch and the icing in the cake was Honors Band first ever performance.
