Today Tac told us he was done being a dog in this life. He was ready for no pain and to go to the bridge. In Heaven he would be young and healthy. At Angels, when a dog passes we take a picture of the sky. In comments you will see his sky!! Magnificent just like him. His foster Jan was with him. As promised, his last look was of someone who loved him. GOD BLESS YOU for all your donations and shares and kind words. It means so much. We will save yet another old dog to honor him. Kiss your old ones. They are so very dear❤️😢

I have had to go to the emergency vet hospital several times. It turns out I have a mass on my liver and they think intestinal lymphoma. I don’t feel good and I feel so bad that I am continuing to cost so much money.

I AM DYING.
They say they I am Hospice.
Everyone really is going to die.
You just might have more time than me.

I have no hard feelings. I came into this world loved and I am going out of this world loved. My hospice foster Jan will be there as I let go of this old sick body. Her loving eyes will hold mine. I know there will be tears for me. I could have sat in the shelter in pain and died on a floor without any love. So don’t grieve for me. Rejoice that I will go to heaven as an Angel Dog.

Here is my last request. My care still costs money. I worry young healthy dogs needs those funds. Could you please donate once again to help with my Veterinary bills? I don’t know if I have one day or many months. Show me the love now. Not when I am gone. Could you leave a word for me? Maybe make a donation so another old dog might live.

Happy Wednesday! It’s Coffee with Coffee time! Please COMMENT and SHARE my story so I can find my forever family!

In case you didn’t know, I’m really a big, gentle chunk of love. And though chunky coffee in your cup is bad, chunky Coffee on your couch is the best!

There are so many things about me to love! Life with me is never boring! I like to talk and will carry on conversations with you so you aren’t lonely in quarantine, or ever! I’m also a very good snuggler!

You should also know that I like to choose where I eat, and it’s not always in the same place. But don’t worry, I’ll carry my bowl myself. And if I spill, I’m a pretty good cleaner-upper! Sometimes I like the hallway, sometimes the living room, sometimes the kitchen. It just depends on my mood. You should try it!

I’m really a great dog, and now I just need to find my home! Are you my forever family? Do you know where they are? Can you help me find them? After all, you can never have too much Coffee!

UPDATE from Trixie Sage's foster: "Trixie Sage is adapting well in her foster home. She is going to the vet three times a week for dressing changes. Her leg is starting to heal. It will take months for it to completely be better. Trixie Sage is very loving and just wants to get belly rubs. I’m so glad we were able to help her. She has been so positive through all the pain she must be enduring." We can't thank you enough for coming together to help this sweet but broken girl. EMERGENCY!!!! Trixie Sage!!
We woke up to a SOS call from a rural shelter. We know it’s just the worst possible timing! This beautiful girl has been hit by a car. Just like shepherds do, she bravely whimpers ever so softly. Her eyes speak of the pain she is in. Her injuries need to be addressed now!! The shelter doesn’t know if there is internal bleeding or what besides the leg being damaged.

Of course it is Sunday morning and vets are closed. Our only option is emergency care. This rural shelter has nobody to help. When this call came, we here at Angels had a moment of complete despair. We know all of you are worried about your families and our new, temporary way of life. We speak among ourselves about how we can ask people to donate during this pandemic. PLEASE FORGIVE US. We humbly ask you to donate if you can. Give what you can and share like crazy. Some can only offer words of encouragement and prayers. We need all. God knows Trixie Sage needs it all. The pain must be unbearable.

Trixie is hours away from emergency vetting, but we hope to help. I mean what do you do when you see this?? HELP! Stay safe and strong. You’re the good humans.
