After an exhaustive attempt to consider and uncover every possible option to hosting a safe and much-needed this year, it has become apparent that we cannot, in good faith, move forward with our 2020 event. We are heartbroken to make this announcement, but do so with the support of you, our fans, our partners, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau Main Office, and City of Atlanta Government. For that, we thank you.

While we aren’t able to welcome you back in person this September, we will be taking our 2020 event virtual this Labor Day weekend with a free to the universe experience. Keep those calendars marked and stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

We know you have questions. You can find the answers at www.dragoncon.org/updates. Please be patient as the website updates.

In the meantime, we just ask our fans to be like our favorite Mandalorian and never take off your mask in public. Stay safe and we will look forward to seeing you in person next year.

As with our previous cancellation, we’d like to offer the chance to return a portion of your subscription/season pass to you. However, if you’d like an alternative option, we can instead donate that amount to the American Civil Liberties Union (https://www.aclu.org). Fractured will be matching all donations received this way as long as you fill out the form below by June 12th.

This is a historic time in America, and Fractured stands firmly in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. We pledge to you, our players, to never allow the influence of racism, bigotry, sexism, or other discrimination into our game, and to work diligently in understanding how we can be allies in creating a safer LARP environment. If you do not agree with this stance, we invite you to try some other local games to see if you find a better fit.

As many of you probably saw coming, we are going to cancel the upcoming one-day event that would have occurred June 13th. At this time, we feel that this is the best way to protect the safety of our friends and family. As with the last cancellation, a form will be available shortly if you wish to claim a portion of your subscription or season pass as refund.

However, don’t clear your calendar quite yet. Fractured will be hosting our first Discord based event from 3 PM to 10 PM on June 13th! Obviously this will be a bit different than a traditional LARP (considering its just the RP) but we’re making sure it retains all of that original Fractured flavor. More information will be coming shortly, so stay connected and stay safe!
