Although my time leading this group has been short, I have truly enjoyed getting to know many of you. Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue in this role, as I have recently taken on the position of Alumni Advisor for the Alpha Chapter at Emory.

With that said, I would love to see this group continue to grow and thrive. I hope someone with the time and commitment to plan events will step in to take the lead. If this is something that interests you, please reach out to me.

I am cancelling tomorrow’s Happy Hour at Tree House due to being called in to stay at the office tomorrow longer than usual. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Brothers, I really appreciate the support from everyone who’s reached out and gotten involved with this page and the events.

Huge thanks to those who made it out last Saturday for the round at Cross Creek — had a great time meeting some of you and catching up with others.

Quick update: we’ve moved the Fox Creek golf event to Saturday, August 9th to avoid any conflicts with Conclave. Hope to see a strong crew out there again.

As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or ideas. We’ll be keeping things rolling with one event each month, and I’ll make sure to keep everyone in the loop.

Good afternoon brothers,

I wanted to take a moment to formally introduce myself, though Zach has already given me a warm welcome. My name is Alex Lineberry, and I am a proud member of the Kappa Iota Chapter at Middle Tennessee State University 2013-2017.

I recently relocated to the Atlanta (Buckhead) area from Arizona after accepting a position at Shepherd Hospital. I’m excited to become involved with this alumni chapter, connect with fellow brothers, and help organize events that bring us together.

As Zach mentioned, our first meetup will be at Tree House Restaurant and Pub on Thursday, March 27th, at 6:30 PM. This happy hour event will be a great opportunity to meet many of you, discuss upcoming events, and share my vision for the alumni chapter moving forward.

I truly hope you can make it, as I’m eager to get things started. However, if you’re unable to attend, no worries—there will be plenty more opportunities to connect. I’ll also be sharing a monthly list of upcoming events in advance, so keep an eye out for April’s schedule soon.
