Saturday, April 26, at 1:00 p.m. for Preserving African American Cultural Patrimony, Seminar III of the Historic Preservation and Black Atlanta Series, a special event celebrating Atlanta’s rich legacy of African American archives.
Home to five major institutions—including the Robert W. Woodruff Library, Auburn Avenue Research Library, Spelman College Archives, Emory University’s Rose Library, and Georgia State University’s Music and Popular Culture Archives—Atlanta plays a vital role in preserving African American cultural history and ephemera.
