Faith First Fitness Camp Faith First Fitness Camp will be teaching safety and awareness in exercise.

Our mission is to encourage the spiritual, emotional and physical health of all children through guided demonstrations and organized activities.

“Start them Healthy Grow them Strong ! We will properly educate the youth and parents on nutrition, fundamentals of exercise and sports as well as other life skills to young athletes.

Bring the kids to Washington Park tomorrow for Beginner Fun Fitness (Ages 6-12)!

During each session, children will participate in different activities like Capture The Flag, Tug of War, relay races, and obstacle courses. Children will also learn different sports, as well as the importance of nutrition, all while burning lots of energy and calories through exercise. 11:55 am - 12:30 pm
