Mission is EVERYTHING:
The mission of the Georgia Premium Cigar Association (GAPCA) is to unite premium cigar and to***co retailers for the purpose of affecting legislation, both tax and regulatory, within the State of Georgia. It is our primary goal to grow the GAPCA while maintaining consistent membership numbers for the purpose of representing ALL Georgia cigar and to***co retailers. The GAPCA will monitor the Georgia General Assembly, as well as the Georgia Department of Revenue, and promptly notify listed members when to be aware of legislative and regulatory changes that may adversely affect our respective businesses. The GAPCA will offer what support it can to help its members fight onerous local regulations, such as smoking ordinances and/or increases in local to***co taxes.
