Kesem Atlanta Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer.

Kesem is a diverse community led by passionate and empathetic college students working to ensure that children facing the challenges of a parent’s cancer have space, connection, and support to rediscover the joys of childhood. Our mission is to support children through and beyond their parent’s cancer with free, fun-filled creative programs and a lasting community. Kesem Atlanta was founded in 200

8 and supports children in the Greater Atlanta community by providing Camp Kesem, a free week-long summer camp experience, and year-round Through and Beyond support services. Our chapter is operated by 15 student volunteers and serves campers ages 6-18 per year. Kesem operates at 115 chapters nationwide. Its programs and services are all funded by generous donations from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners. Kesem is a federally registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Come support Kesem and save a life! We will be tabling at cannon chapel tomorrow from 1-4 PM collecting swabs for DKMS blood stem cell registry. Getting swabbed only takes around 5-10 minutes involving a quick cheek swab and a short questionnaire. We hope to see everyone there! 🩵💚
