Freedom happens where life happens. 🕊️✨ 

When people think of recovery, they often picture a residential house. But for so many adult survivors of s*x trafficking, freedom starts right where they are: leaving incarceration, exiting emergency shelters, recovering in hospital beds, or navigating independent life in our city.

That is why we built REACH: BELOVED Atlanta’s community-based program extending deep clinical care beyond residential walls. When a woman is met with trauma-trained therapists, intensive case management, and workforce readiness tools, the transformation is extraordinary.

She isn’t just surviving day-to-day, she is clearing barriers, securing safe housing, launching new career paths, and stepping into complete independence.

Since launching REACH, we’ve seen an incredible 111% increase in women served, bringing continuous clinical care to 87 adult women already this year! When you invest in REACH, you aren’t giving a quick fix. You are directly underwriting the clinical sessions, safety planning, and resource navigation that make stories like this possible.

While our RESTORE program provides two years of residential sanctuary, healing shouldn’t be limited to a residential bed.

REACH is BELOVED’s community-based program meeting adult survivors of s*x trafficking exactly where they are. Trauma doesn’t wait for ideal circumstances. Women are actively escaping exploitation while leaving incarceration, exiting emergency shelters, recovering in hospital beds, or trying to rebuild independent lives in our city.

REACH ensures that every woman receives the exact same deep clinical care as our residents, delivered in person, virtually, or directly at partner sites. Since launching REACH, we have seen an incredible 111% increase in women served, reaching 87 women already in 2026!

Through REACH, clients access:
🌱 Trauma-Trained Therapists: Weekly individual therapy and safety planning.
🏠 Resource Case Management: Healthcare, housing navigation, and substance use coordination.
đź’Ľ Employment Pathways: Vocational training like our Jobs for Life cohort.
🤝 Healing Groups: Peer support, life skills, and alumni connection.

The tiles are set, the distillery is booked, and the countdown is officially on! 🀄🥂

We are just weeks away from our favorite summer tradition: our 3rd Annual Mahjong Tournament Fundraiser, Mahj for a Mission, taking place on Friday, August 21st, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at ASW Distillery!

This isn’t just a game. It is a powerful gathering of ~125 influential Atlanta women who are pulling up a chair to make a massive local impact. Every dollar raised directly funds our RESTORE residential homes and REACH community program, ensuring our clinical therapy and safe spaces remain fully operational and free of charge for adult survivors.

They say it takes a village, and lately, our village has been showing up in the most beautiful ways. 🥹💙

When our office building was placed inside the World Cup “special zone”, making it impossible for us to park or safely run our daily programs there, we faced a huge hurdle. Moving sensitive clinical services like individual therapy to an unfamiliar location without disrupting a survivor’s sense of safety requires immense care.

Our friends at Trinity Anglican Church immediately stepped into the gap, opening their doors and welcoming us with open arms. ⛪✨

Trauma triggers are a heavy reality, especially in a crowded, high-traffic city during a global tournament. Thanks to Trinity, our clients still have a peaceful, confidential sanctuary to face those triggers and continue rewriting their stories without missing a single therapy session.
