is to provide eligible low-income families the opportunity for quality affordable housing through education, counseling and revitalizing homes and neighborhoods. in conjunction with The Carpenter House, Inc. has collaborated to form a non-profit organization called CF Cares, Inc., whose goal is to revitalize inner-city neighborhoods through home ownership. The social fabric of a family, community

and neighborhood is centered on the home. Over the past 20 years, the stabilizing force of the family home has deteriorated in many in-town Neighborhoods due to economic and social trends. We will reverse this trend by providing home ownership.
