The Uniform Project is a cause dedicated to sending used private school uniforms to children in need.

One day while working in the Woodward Academy Consignment Store, I realized how many clothing items are thrown away because they not good enough to be sold in the store, either because of a small stain or rip. These clothes would be so appreciated where children have nothing! My goal is to distribute these clothes via church and school mission trips.

Collected book bags from Northside UMC Preschool, and they went to Gambia. Look how happy the recipients are! The Uniform Project has lots of clothing to give, and lots of requests for them. Our biggest challenge is finding the way to get them there, as traditional shipping will not get past customs or the black market. If you know of missionaries or nonprofits traveling anywhere in Africa, please let me know!

These sweet babies are in need of school supplies and uniforms. They are in Uganda. I get a lot of requests from Uganda, and do not know anyone who travels there. Do you? Can you forward to friends and help me find a church or nonprofit that goes there? Many thanks!

Well it's started...We're speeding towards the Holidays! When you think about your blessings...think about the kids in different parts of the world who cannot afford school uniforms, and cannot attend without - and unlike a lot of lucky American kids, these kids badly WANT to go to school! Here are some great pics from Ghana, in uniforms they received this fall. GIVING TUESDAY is all about helping others...If you have anything to share, just click on our site here to donate.
