was founded in 1979 by Evelyn Gibson Lowery, to champion the rights of women, children, families, and responding to the problems of the disenfranchised regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, or religion. We are an independent 501c(3) nonprofit organization and our scope is worldwide, focusing on human rights concerns and transcending national boundaries. Our organization includes members from different denominations and accepts girls and women of any race, nationality, or culture.
