Harvest Market & Chili Cook Off
October 19th!

Donate to the Market:
If you make stuff, any kind of stuff, fall themed stuff, we want you to make some and let us sell it.
The proceeds will ALL go towards making our park a better place for the community to gather, so this benefits all of us!

Due to weather the Ribbon Cutting will be postponed, we will inform everyone when the new date is scheduled.

Greeting friends and neighbors,

We wanted to let everyone know that the Knight Park Pavilion Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is this Friday May 17th | 1 pm - 2:30 PM @ 1194 church St NW, Atlanta Ga 30318. Mayor Andre Dickens is planning to speak as well as our friends from Park Pride. I hope everyone can join us in the celebration! So far the chance of rain at 1pm Friday is only 15%.

We eat, drink and have a grand time walking through the hood

There are many new peeps in the hood, so if you're wondering what hosting is all about, keep reading.

2. Provide a small dish - depending on which time slot you have, you can do apps, small plates or desserts.
(Ideas: sliders, appetizer finger foods, taco bar, plated pasta, Samosas, Chicken fingers, Nacho bar, etc...)
3. Provide a cocktail to share - this can be a homemade signature cocktail, b**r or w**e.

Interested but want help?
- If you are interested in hosting but are a little overwhelmed by the thought or may want to share the cost, ask a neighbor. Spring TOHS is a great time to show off your outdoor space, so maybe coordinate with a friend/neighbor and share a slot.

Neighborhood Clean Up
Saturday 10AM
Knight Park Pavilion

The Neighborhood clean-up is just 3 days away! We have about 15 people signed up. Thank you to those that have signed up BUT we can always use more.

Please consider coming to the park on Saturday at 10am to help clean the hood. Please make sure to sign up so we know how many donuts to buy and how much coffee to get as well as what projects will be possible.

On Saturday, at 10am we have our Neighborhood Clean-up Day This is one of the most important events of the year and this year we have a LONG list of projects to do.

WE NEED YOU!!! We need as many people as possible to come out to help clean up garbage, plant flowers, seal our bridge, clean up the park, etc...

Please plan on coming out...DONUTS AND COFFEE will be provided. Please use the link below to let us know you're coming so we can plan accordingly. We have a lot of things we want to get done but we are limited without people to help.

This Friday starts our event season here in Howell Station. We will begin with our 1st cocktail walk(weather permitting). Details are as follows:

When: Friday, March8th
Time: 6:00
Where: We will meet at the pavilion at Knight Park
What: We walk and talk. You can come for as little or long as you would like. Kids and dogs are welcome...bring what you would like to sip on.

The pavilion mural has been completed and we are so happy with the results!

Make sure to take time while enjoying the playground, tennis courts or walking the neighborhood to check out the finished product.
