Jamaica Missions USA is a leader of global medical missions. We fellowship and integrate highly qualified medical professionals to fulfill the needs of the people we serve. Our Core Values:

d Jamaicans through high quality medical care, dental care, Vision Care, Integrate Health Education, and Counseling. Volunteers in the program have the opportunity to share Jesus Christ with the highly spiritual Jamaicans as well as the other volunteers. The mission is a week long annual trip and the teams visit a new community health center everyday. Services We Offer:

Where We Work:

Jamaica Missions USA is focused on filling the health needs of the financially challenged Jamaicans. We aim to increase the quality of health care in Jamaica for the long term and work with local leaders and medical professionals reach this goal. Throughout the parishes of Jamaica, we utilize medical and non-medical volunteers from around the world to come and work alongside our local team leaders. Executive Team

Dear Friends 🧡

The board of JMUSA and I will be raising funds for the various families in Jamaica who have faithfully served alongside us over the years. Consequently, we will be donating our participant fees for our 2026 missions trip towards this effort. If you would also like to be a part of this effort - large or small - you can do so via our website www.jmusa.org.

This will be a targeted approach and all proceeds will be distributed to each family to rebuild their homes and restore their independence. Thank you for supporting our Jamaican family!

Mission Trip 2025 (9 days):

Date: Feb 7 - 15, 2025

Location: St. Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica

Program: Primary and Preventative Care, Dental Care, and Integrated Health Education

Overview:

The parish of St. Elizabeth is located on the southern side of Jamaica and extends 468 square miles. The parish has an estimated population of 151,887 and the economy is largely supported by agriculture. The parish is served by one public type C Hospital, located in the Parish capital-Black River and 25 health centers across the parish-provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The targeted communities are very rural and are served by type I & II health centers. In most cases, patients travel long distances to acquire necessary medical attention.

The targeted communities are rural towns and rarely visited by NGOs comprising of General Practitioners and Dentists. These centers do not provide any dental care and some patients wait all year round for the JMUSA Dental Team for extractions.

Team Members Needed:

Medical: M.D., D.O., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Nurse, EMT, Medical/Nursing student

Dental: Dentist, Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant, Dental Student

Integrated Health: Physical Therapist, Dietician, Teacher, General Helper

Pharmacy: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Tech, Pharmacy Student

Our team of volunteers and staff are our most valuable asset for accomplishing our mission. Our highest priority is to encourage, support, and empower each and every team member to reach their full potential and abilities. Our leadership is committed to leading by serving.
