International Human Trafficking Institute’s (IHTI) commitment to human trafficking proof our community will continue through these unusual times. We launched our In The Meantime campaign, offering our training and programs online. More than ever, children are especially vulnerable. Unfortunately, there are people profiting from the exploitation of our children. The more hours a child spends online, increases the chances that the child will be approached by a predator posing as a peer. Teenagers are also vulnerable via online chat groups where a predator in the chat is hiding their real identity. In order to keep our children and youth safe, we must be informed. Our training What Adults Need to Know To Protect. Children Online is one of them.
