Reflections from Convention 2026

The energy was unmistakable the moment I stepped into the convention hall—hundreds of Kappas from across North America, united by a shared bond and a collective excitement for what lies ahead. In June I had the privilege of representing the Atlanta Alumnae Association at the 2026 Kappa Kappa Gamma Convention in Orlando. Every two years, Kappas from across North America gather to celebrate our sisterhood, conduct the business of the Fraternity, learn from one another, and help shape Kappa’s future.

Convention is always a reminder that while each association and chapter has its own personality, we are all connected by a shared commitment to friendship, leadership, scholarship, and service.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to represent Atlanta. I returned home with new ideas, new friendships, and a renewed appreciation for the impact our association is making right here in our own community. This past year has been filled with meaningful growth, and I look forward to building on that momentum as we continue creating opportunities for friendship, lifelong learning, and sisterhood.

As always, thank you for your support, your involvement, and your commitment to Kappa Kappa Gamma. Our association is stronger because of each of you, and I am grateful to serve alongside such an incredible group of sisters.

May Lunch Bunch took flight at the 57th Fighter Group Restaurant! ✈️💙

There is something special about sharing a meal with Kappa sisters while watching planes take off and land right outside the window. Between the runway views, great food, plenty of laughter, and even more conversation, it was a wonderful afternoon spent catching up with old friends and making new memories.

One of the greatest gifts of alumnae life is the opportunity to stay connected through friendship, sisterhood, and shared experiences. We are grateful for every sister who joined us and made the afternoon so enjoyable.
