Great weather and good friends were a high point of yesterday's ACF Golf Tournament held at St. Ives Country Club. Thank you Michael Deihl, Cheryl Glass and Eric Karell for hosting a wonderful event.

Thank you ACF Greater Atlanta Chapter for a wonderful evening at the Georgia World Conference Center. It is an honor to be part of such a great group of culinarians. And thank you for honoring our president, Chef Curtis Hicks, with the 2012 Humanitarian of the Year award.

The UCCA Chefs' Christmas Party was a great success and that would not have been possible without the help of some great volunteers, donors and students. Thank you to everyone who helped to make a great evening. Pictures will be here soon!

We are a day away and our talented local students along with Chefs Curtis and Thai are working hard to prepare for tomorrow night. We have a full house and even the hotel rooms are all booked up. The Melia hotel and the Marriot both have rooms available nearby if you need to book a room. See you tomorrow evening.

This year's response to the Christmas Party is fantastic. Not only is the party sold out for this year, the hotel just informed us that we have now sold out of rooms for the event as well.
We can't wait to see all of you on the 15th!

The Marines said that Toys for Tots needs toys for kids between the ages of 0-2 and 10-12 most and toys for boys are usually more in need as well.
