Finding Namaste, LLC Finding Namaste, LLC is a self-care initiative to encourage women to heal their way to happiness. What makes you your best you?

Self care is making decisions that maintain optimal physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health. With Finding Namaste this is not done through indulgence, escapism or justification. We encourage and assist in the healing process through holistic self care. The purpose of healing is to become whole again. Each women has her own healing path and we are here to support, guide and advocate for you in this process.
