December Recap Part 1:
We took our annual Christmas Cheer Holiday Party on the road this year!
The Jabez Kids went on a Grinchmas Adventure to a private screening of Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch and lunch at Stevie B’ Pizza Buffet. The kids were wowed with a surprise visit from the Grinch and Stevie B. We ended the day with fun games and prizes in the arcade.

Everyone went home with swag bags & Christmas stockings filled with Grinch themed toys and treats donated by our friends, Girl Scout Troop 24111!

The Jabez Kids had a blast at Camp Mikell’s Performing Arts Camp 2023! Their performance of “A Star is Born” showcased all of the great singing, dancing, acting and puppetry arts learned during the week. Attending Camp Mikell has become a tradition and rite of passage for our Jabez kids. We can’t wait for next year! 🏕️

The Egg-Static About Fitness Field Day & Easter Egg Hunt is an opportunity to reintroduce kids and families to exercise & the outdoor activities that we all love. Hosting this event is our way of encouraging kids & adults to shake off the stiffness of quarantine and get moving again!

We will have a variety of field games & obstacle courses and a station where kids can learn about and make healthier snacks. The fun day will end with an Easter Egg Hunt for all ages!

With your kindness & generosity, we reached 100% sponsorship of the 2021 Virtual Giving Tree!

The last few weeks were intense! More shopping, wrapping, sorting and deliveries than we’ve ever done before but it was worth all of the effort! We couldn’t have done it with it YOU!

The second photo is only the toys bought during 2 out of 7 shopping trips 😓 and it doesn’t include gifts that were received by mail or hand delivered. We were happily overwhelmed and it made for more smiles this morning than EVER!

Our gratitude, for the willingness of people that haven’t ever met our amazing Jabez Kids to share their time and resources to help make Christmas happen each year, is immeasurable!
