It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the brothers of Xi Kappa announce the passing of one of our Brothers, Minh "Harry" Hoang. He was a true Brother and beloved friend, and we are devastated by his loss.
Though he possessed a gentle heart, Harry had a strong spirit and unwavering will, one that never shied away from the challenges presented before him. A gifted student, Harry graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering before enrolling in the Master’s program at the same institution.
Harry lived his life with honor, loyalty, and respect and we count ourselves lucky to have had the opportunity to call him Brother. His presence has left an indelible mark on our lives, just as his absence has left a void that can not be filled. We offer our condolences to his family and to all those who now struggle with his loss. We pray that we may all find some peace in this difficult time.
We find some solace knowing that Harry will continue to live on in our memories and our hearts. A vigil will be held to grieve his loss, honor his memory, and celebrate his life. An announcement with further details will be released shortly.
May we be reunited as brothers in our next life.
