Equity In Architecture Professional organization for women in The AEC community across the state of GA.

Our mission is to support the advancement of women in architecture and the allied fields throughout the state of Georgia. We aim to foster camaraderie, grow knowledge, and stimulate professional growth by organizing high-quality programming and regular opportunities to socialize, conducting research into compensation equity and representation in leadership, and supporting professional development

and licensure. There's a focus on women, but we're not exclusively for women; there's a focus on architecture, but we're not exclusively for architects. We actively seek to involve people of all genders and all roles within the building industry in our quest to make it the most diverse, inclusive industry possible.
