Juma strives to break the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America.

In 2016, Juma expanded its social enterprise operations to Atlanta, Georgia. Through partnerships with Fulton County Aging and Youth Services Department, My Brother’s Keeper, and hospitality companies Levy Restaurant and Delaware North Companies, Juma offers year-round employment for Opportunity Youth at Turner Field, Georgia Dome, Philips Arena, and the Georgia World Congress Center.
