• Prince Halls Mason(s) who contribute their time, effort, and financial support to the KOP program.
• A Prince Hall Mason who often becomes a second father to the young men and boys who look up to him for guidance and support.
• A Prince Hall Mason who cares about the development and growth of the youth in our city.
• A Prince Hall Mason who strives together to prepare our youth knights to be leaders of tomorrow. What is a YOUTH KNIGHT? A Youth Knight is young man aged 9-18 who under guidance from the Sir Knights and fellow Youth Knights is being mentored to:
Learn the values, habits, attitudes and skills of manhood. Practice peer resistance and other skills to prevent dysfunctional behavior such as violence, drug addiction, and premarital s*x. Learn to receive problem-solving skills counseling and ensure that their needs are being met through community resources. Develop business administration skills which will allow them to flourish in a global society. Be open and be able to communicate in a group setting. Learn from the knowledge shared by Sir Knights (and other Prince Hall Masons or guest speakers) in a mentoring setting.
