Are you looking for Springtime this weekend in Georgia!

Mark your calendars for the Georgia Daffodil Society - Southeast Regional Daffodil Show on March 8 - 9 in Alpharetta, Georgia, at the Johns Creek Baptist Church, Family Life Center, 6910 McGinnis Ferry Rd,, Alpharetta, GA 30005 for an outstanding Daffodil Show and smell the promise of Spring.

The Show will be open to the public on Friday, March 8 from 12:30pm - 4:00pm and Saturday between 9:30am - 1:00pm. Visit with our daffodil friends in Georgia bring entries with you or just enjoy our favorite flower. Members of the Georgia Daffodil Society will be on hand to answer questions and stage flowers for the Daffodil Show.

You may stage and enter your flowers on Thursday afternoon after 11:00 AM and until 3 o’clock. You may also enter your daffodils Friday morning, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Never done this, or need help? There will be GDS members there to show you how to enter and win ribbons. Special classes in the show will help you get started.

DAFFODIL FANS!!!
Take a look at your Daffs today and decide what to cut for Thurday’s entry period (8:00 AM Thursday-8:00 AM Friday. If you know the varietal name take a sharpie and write it on the stem. Put today’s Daffs in water in your refrigerator if you have room or on a covered porch and mist with water, daily.

If you’d like to view well over 1k Daffodils, come to the the Crowne Plaza Ravinia, 4355 Ashford Dunwoody Road Atlanta 30346 this Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
