Two things on my mind:

Our Spring Seminar with Vital™ Advanced Training wrapped up recently, and I'm still processing how good it was. The conversations between sessions — practitioners comparing notes, asking hard questions, sharing what's working — that's what makes these gatherings worth building.

We also just published our May clinical newsletter — and I'm proud of this one. Deep dive on the nutritional cost of chronic stress: magnesium depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, HPA dysregulation, and a clinical framework for restoring energy. Peer-reviewed citations. Specific product guidance.

This past weekend was a strong reflection of what we’ve been building.

Seeing a full training room for our Advanced Level Vital Training & Product Seminar reinforces something I’ve believed for a long time—when you invest in education, you elevate everything that follows.

I’m grateful to Dr. Joseph Cataldo, ND and Dr. Aksana Cataldo, ND for their continued leadership and commitment to helping practitioners grow into more advanced, confident use of the Vital System.

Equally important were the conversations around ingredient sourcing, wildcrafting, and protecting the natural resources we rely on. These are not side topics—they are central to the future of natural health.

Proud of the team, the turnout, and the direction we’re heading.

In this month’s newsletter, we took time to reflect on something that often gets overlooked in the pursuit of progress—foundation.

Alongside that, we explore what we’re calling the “Modern Mineral Gap”—and why many individuals today may be missing key foundational nutrients despite doing more for their health than ever before.

Thank you for joining us at the Annual Conference for the Association of Natural Health (AONH). The guests, the speakers, the venue, the volunteers all combined to make this a wellness focused, thought-provoking, and memorable event.

With the holiday season upon us, we all have a lot on our plates. Just remember “if you are feeling overwhelmed, it is a scheduling issue”. All of us at AONH recognize your commitment to your practice and hope that you are able to implement and utilize some of the valuable information you learned at the conference.

With the beneficial feedback we received from the evaluations we have already begun working on next year’s event. Our goal, as always, is to provide you with knowledge that you can then use in your practice or personal growth. And don’t forget, none of us want to be “a motivated idiot”!
