🌱 On purpose. 🌱

Standing on the floor at The National by FCA this week, surrounded by chiropractors, CAs, and students who've dedicated their lives to helping people heal — it's a reminder of why this work matters so much to me.

Every conversation at Booth #100 has reinforced something I believe deeply: real health comes from combining good science, natural solutions, and genuine education. That's the thread that runs through everything — Standard Enzyme Company, EuroMed Global's Vital System, and the mission we carry at the Association of Natural Health.

None of it happens without the right people beside you. Katie Kent and Rhonda Abdulwahab bring energy and heart to everything they touch. Milton and Sheryl Blakely gave their time freely because they believe in this mission too. That's not something I take for granted.

If there's one thing this week has reminded me — it's that the future of natural health isn't built by any one person or company. It's built by all of us showing up, sharing what we know, and choosing to invest in each other.

Grateful to be in the room with people who care this much. 🙏

I was grateful to see the Association of Natural Health host such a meaningful educational webinar last evening with Dr. Mitchell Kershner, ND.

The topic, “Mindsetting as a Part of the Treatment Protocol: A Vitalistic Naturopathy Approach for EDS Practitioners,” offered an important reminder that natural health education is not only about tools, techniques, and analysis, but also about the mindset, personal responsibility, and daily choices that support overall wellness.

Dr. Kershner brought a thoughtful and practical perspective from his many years of experience as a Naturopathic Doctor, Vitalist Naturopath, certified Life Coach, educator, and founding member of the AONH Advisory Board.

Two things on my mind:

Our Spring Seminar with Vital™ Advanced Training wrapped up recently, and I'm still processing how good it was. The conversations between sessions — practitioners comparing notes, asking hard questions, sharing what's working — that's what makes these gatherings worth building.

This past weekend was a strong reflection of what we’ve been building.

Seeing a full training room for our Advanced Level Vital Training & Product Seminar reinforces something I’ve believed for a long time—when you invest in education, you elevate everything that follows.

I’m grateful to Dr. Joseph Cataldo, ND and Dr. Aksana Cataldo, ND for their continued leadership and commitment to helping practitioners grow into more advanced, confident use of the Vital System.

Equally important were the conversations around ingredient sourcing, wildcrafting, and protecting the natural resources we rely on. These are not side topics—they are central to the future of natural health.

Proud of the team, the turnout, and the direction we’re heading.
