Better care starts with better education.

With support from the Women of Emory Impact Circle, Shannon Stevenson and Adele Stewart 22PH are developing a community-informed curriculum that prepares future nurses to better support patients through menstrual health and menopause.

By partnering with community members, reproductive health advocates, and health care experts, the project is bringing lived experience into nursing education and closing longstanding gaps in care. Pilot modules launched this summer, with plans to make the curriculum publicly available to expand its impact.
