Hello beautiful souls! I am a Holistic Therapist, business and empowerment coach for women who help,heal and lead.

Much of what I do centers on helping these women heal, create more life balance, joy and financial freedom.

One of my clients is looking for an admin with the following skill sets or the ability to learn fast.

- email and social media copy
- sales page and flyer design.
- reel curation
- video editing
- content curation
- short blogs
- funnels
- potential client outreach
- familiar with YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, IG, FB, Threads
- in the wellness community

Bonus if you are a GENERATOR in Human Design

This is a flexible position and you can work from anywhere. Requires about 15-20 hours a week. Contract position. Pay is negotiable but begins at $22/hr

🌱🌸Spring is officially here! Let’s RESET with a community circle and sound bath!

We set our intentions in January, and now that we are transitioning into a new season it’s the perfect time to renew our connection with our intentions, release what no longer serves us, and reset: mind, body, and soul. Through breathwork, movement, sound healing, and community, we will take the time to pour into ourselves and begin anew as we step into an energetic new year!

The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to set clear intentions. 🙏🏾

Deeper than simply setting goals or resolutions, intention-setting is about getting clear on what we want to feel like, what we imagine for ourselves and our community, and what we will need to embody in order to see our intentions through.

On Sunday, January 7th, join me for a virtual ✨Intention-Setting Circle and Sound Bath✨ where we will begin 2024 by setting powerful intentions as a community.

Through discussion, gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing, we will understand the importance of setting intentions, and turn inward so that we can clearly hear our inner voice and our deepest desires for the coming year.

By coming together as a community of like-hearted healers, we will kick off the year with intention, groundedness, and clarity.
