🔧 Homeowner Tip: Check for small water leaks

Take a few minutes this week to look under sinks, around toilets, near your water heater, and along ceilings.

Watch for water stains, damp spots, musty smells, or unusually high water bills.

Catching a leak early can help prevent damage to flooring, drywall, framing, and other parts of your home.
