The YB-MIC (Young Black Members in the Community) is a non-profit organization with a focus on young Black American members of the community. Our goal is to assist homeless, low-income and at risk young adults compete in today’s world with knowledge, preparation, and education; to provide the ex-offenders the structure, supervision, support and assistance to become self-sufficient from empowerment skills, career development, job search assistance, our very own academic curriculum.

Presentation went well today! Thanks to Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, a nonprofit group supporting grandparents and others who are raising children other than their own. Meetings every 2nd Thursday of the month at Club Esteem, 3316 Monroe St. Melbourne, meeting starts at 10am.
