But what if your courage is the permission someone else needs?
Introduce yourself.
Ask the question.
Share the idea.
Extend the invitation.
Send the text.

Community doesn’t happen by accident. It begins when someone is bold enough to say, “Me too.”

This week, stop waiting to be found and make yourself known. A whole new world may be waiting on the other side of your introduction.

You don’t need all the answers.
You don’t need a five-year plan.
You don’t need every door mapped out. You don’t need certainty before you take the next step.

But you do need community.

People who can remind you who you are when you forget. People who can hold hope when your hands are tired. People who can celebrate your wins, challenge your blind spots, and sit with you in the questions.

The journey was never meant to be traveled alone.

Healing happens in community.
Discernment happens in community. Growth happens in community. Stop waiting until you have it all figured out.

It’s Intentional Monday 🖤

Don’t confuse a lack of control with a lack of power.

There will always be people, systems, outcomes, and seasons beyond our control. And that does not mean we are powerless. We still have power in how we respond, how we rest, how we love, what we protect, and what we choose to build.

Power and control are two different things. Sometimes our power is in our presence. Sometimes it’s in our boundaries. Sometimes it’s in our decision to keep showing up.

Let’s check in with our whole self this week:
What are we trying to control?
What power do we already have in my hands?

Our bodies are processing this thing called life in real time. The stress. The joy. The uncertainty. The grief. The hopes. The expectations. All of it.

Slow down today. Pick one thing. Not because the other things don’t matter, but because you do.

You do not have to carry every weight, answer every email, solve every problem, or hold the world together by noon. Give your whole self permission to breathe.
