The Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys Foundation, Inc. (“GABWA Foundation”) is a 501 (c)(3) organization that was founded in 1981 to facilitate GABWA’s charitable and educational activities. The GABWA Foundation’s mission is to provide services to the community that further the interests of women and children throughout Georgia and that increase the representation of black women in the

legal profession. We award scholarships annually to African-American female law students, we mentor at-risk female youth in the metro Atlanta area and we provide pro-bono, end-of-life legal services to terminally ill, low-income clients. Help us as we support our community!
