This year during Camp Wannaklot, our wonderful Leaders In Training (LITs) completed six hours of leadership development training. During this time, the LITs learned about their SHINE (strengths, hobbies, interests/irritants, needs, and experiences) and how they can use their SHINE to make a positive impact on the bleeding disorder community. The portion of the LIT program occurring at camp concluded on Thursday night with a closing bonfire where the LITs shared their journey sticks and received awards to recognize their accomplishments.
