The new splashpad opened up in Perkerson Park (Capitol View Neighborhood in SW Atlanta) this past week. I haven't checked it out yet, but if it's anything like other Beltline splashpads, I'm sure it's amazing. http://www.playatlanta.com/139/southwest-atlanta/perkerson-park-playground/

Just in case you were wondering, the splash pads are open!! I went to Stanton yesterday just to double check, and they are in fact, open.
