It’s Do Good Week! Sharing an opportunity to do good by supporting our scholarship fundraiser!

The Atlanta alumnae chapter of Delta Gamma’s 8th Annual Exam Box Fundraiser is underway and we need alumnae support to make it a success! It is one of our most cherished traditions and a key way we raise funds for merit-based scholarships awarded to Delta Gamma undergraduates from the chapters we support, Delta Iota (Georgia), Delta Sigma (Auburn), and Eta Chi (Georgia College). This year, our goal is to award three scholarships — one for a member from each collegiate chapter!

We reached out to parents and families to promote this year’s Exam Box theme: “Anchored & Cozy.” Each $40 box will include a custom Delta Gamma mug and a curated mix of relaxing, finals-ready items to help collegians head into exams with confidence. Boxes will be delivered directly to their chapter house just before finals.

welcomed two new hikers to today’s Vickery Creek hike. The two new hikers represented Delta Iota and Epsilon Xi. Although the hike was humid and hot, the group persevered and enjoyed themselves, concluding with lunch at Souper Jenny. We encourage you to join us or express your interest in assisting with the organization of future hikes. We are currently seeking a co-leader for our hiking group.

Delta Gamma Alumnae enjoyed a delicious Lunch Bunch in Sandy Springs today. Notably, two sisters, Carol and Brandy, who attended the lunch, shared a coincidence of having attended USC, albeit on different coasts. Carol represented Beta Tau - University of South Carolina, while Brandy represented Alpha Nu - University of Southern California. Additionally, representatives from Beta Psi and Gamma Epsilon chapters attended.

As a friendly reminder, the new fiscal year for Delta Gamma has begun. We kindly request that you pay your per capita dues, which support Delta Gamma, and local dues, which support the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter. Each year, the Cream Colored Rose Award is presented to a sister who goes above and beyond for our chapter, rises to every challenge, leads with enthusiasm, and exemplifies a genuine commitment to the women of our chapter and all of the Fraternity.
