“I’ve been dating my lady for about 2 years. I bought her a ring and I was going to pop the question. Every time I get ready to ask her, something comes up with me and her brother. He’s about 2 years younger than us. I’ve asked her Dad for her hand in marriage and got his approval. So I’m not really sure what his beef is with me. It seems like her brother always seems to meddle in our relationship or find a way to involve himself. I’ve said something to her and I’ve confronted him, almost to a point where we came close to throwing hands. She seems to act as a mediator instead of checking him. Do I want to get myself in deep by marrying her and dealing with this or shut this relationship down and move on? If I call it quits, I might be making a dick move and messing myself up.
